AGILITY: Beginner 1 | Beginner 2 | Intermediate through Competition
BEGINNER OBILITY
Obility is a cross between agility and obedience. Because it focuses on building a positive relationship between dog and handler, obility class is a wonderful place to continue your training in a fun positive environment. You will continue to work on manners while adding distance, duration, and more to the basic commands you learned in Puppy Kindergarten and Basic Manners classes. You will also be introduced to some agility equipment for fun and confidence building. All dogs 5 months and up are welcome if they have completed a puppy or basic manners class or the equivalent.
- Cost: $190 for 6 weeks (1 hour a week for 6 weeks)
- Location: The Adams Mall, 108 Newburyport Turnpike, Rowley, MA (Parking and entrance at back of building.)
- Prerequisite: All dogs must have successfully taken at least one group class, i.e. Puppy Kindergarten or Basic Manners.
BEGINNER AGILITY 1
Beginner Agility class is a foundation class. You will learn foundation skills needed to become a successful team. Some basic obstacles are introduced as well as training obstacles such as the ladder and wobble board. We introduce handling skills such as the front crosses on the flat.
- Cost: $190 for 6 weeks (1 hour a week for 6 weeks)
- Prerequisite: Obility, Intermediate Manners, Puppy 2 or Come When Called
- Dogs must be 10 months and up for Beginner Agility
- Dogs must be friendly to attend group classes
- Location: The Adams Mall, 108 Newburyport Turnpike, Rowley, MA
BEGINNER AGILITY 2
Dogs and handlers learn to perform obstacles in sequence and continue working on their foundation skills. This class is held outdoors weather permitting or in our indoor covered arena (unheated).

All upper-level Agility classes are on-going classes.
